Welcome to Van Tastic. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Van Tastic (“we”, “us”) and you, the visitor/customer.

2. Custom Orders and Production

• Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications. We manufacture screens based on the data you provide.
• Lead Times: Quoted production times (typically 3 weeks) are estimates. While we strive to meet every deadline, delays in shipping or raw material supply are occasionally outside our control.
• Approval: For custom prints, we will provide a digital proof. Once you approve this proof, production begins, and no further changes can be made.

3. User-Provided Content (Custom Prints)

When you upload an image for a custom screen, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the copyright or have the necessary licenses to use and reproduce the image.
• The image does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• The image is not offensive, illegal, or in violation of any Australian laws.
• Note: We reserve the right to refuse any order containing imagery that we deem of insufficient quality (low resolution) or inappropriate content.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content, layout, design, and graphics on this website are the property of Van Tastic and are protected by Australian copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use our brand assets without express written permission.

5. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time due to increases in material costs or errors in website pricing.
• Full payment is required before production commences on any custom-made item.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Van Tastic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. While we use high-quality, UV-stabilised materials, we are not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather events (e.g., winds exceeding 30 knots) or improper installation.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.
